The Greek myth of the Titans-displaced-by-the-Olympians apparently came from the near east - Babylonians, Hittites, and others. Are they like an "Old Testament" version of something and were there peoples who worshiped versions of pre-Olympian gods such as Cronus and Tethys?

In what ways is the opression of the Indian Caste System different from the racial inequalities of the West? It seems like both systems would be totally unacceptable in today's time but I get the impression that the world just kind of accepts India's division of people as is. Why is that?

Switzerland is a country of multiple people groups, the largest group is the German swiss but there are also Italian swiss and French swiss people in the country. Seeing as how France and Italy were at war during world war two, was there any animosity between these two groups in Switzerland?
